Marc's love for carpentry and home improvement further sets him apart in the real estate world. He single-handedly remodeled much of his parents' house, adding wainscoting and crown molding throughout, an experience that gives him a unique perspective when envisioning the potential in properties.

Beyond real estate, Marc is a musician with a deep passion for songwriting. He plays drums, guitar, and keyboards, and continues to write music today. While it's not his professional career, Marc aspires to work with artists and write songs for them, with a goal of seeing his music featured on soundtracks and on the radio. He recorded an 18-song album, a true labor of love, and continues to hone his craft. Marc's creativity and attention to detail, developed through his music, influence the way he approaches real estate—offering clients a fresh perspective and a keen eye for opportunities.
